What is Yourself?

The YOURSELF Approach focuses on eight key messages. It reminds parents that they too have needs and gives them the space to unpick their brain and understand the impact that parenting has on their neurodivergence and vice versa.

The workshop lasts for 5 weeks and you receive a free information book, that you can refer back to in your own time.

Each session is followed by an arts and craft activity that creates a safe space to chat with other likeminded individuals.

"I was a little apprehensive, I struggle in big groups and especially talking in groups but I can't begin to explain the relief I feel since hearing what you had to say. Lovely group of people. I actually felt part of something and feel understood for the first time in many many years. Thank you."

"Wow!!! If I'd been sent on a course like Lisa's as a young mom, I would never have felt like a failure."
